Hey Food Allergy Mama,
Introducing allergens to your baby or trying new foods with your child can be nerve-wracking and scary because of food allergies. Sometimes just the thought of trying a new food can turn your stomach and make you nauseous.
Maybe your child already has a food allergy, or maybe their sibling does. Or maybe you just feel nervous because of things you've heard.  All of these things are valid reasons for feeling nervous, and it's ok; you're not alone or different for feeling this way. I want you to know that this is your safe space where you're understood.
We've all heard the importance of introducing allergens early, and sometimes your doctor recommends an oral food challenge, or that your child needs to increase their food variety.  So what do you do?
How can you move past all those feelings of fear to do what's right for your child?
In this episode, I'll give you 3 game-changing steps for how to introduce allergens so you don't have to think about it anymore.  You can try new foods with confidence! If you're ready to take on the challenge of trying new food or introducing allergens, this episode is for you!
I pray this blesses you, and I'm cheering for you,
Corinna
